Catherine has a background in health services research and has held senior management roles in health, aged care, community services, and government. Her expertise in strategic planning and policy development makes her a leading voice in advance care planning.

Chelsea has over 20 years of experience in health policy and project management, contributing to national programs in primary care, chronic disease management, and mental health. As National Projects Manager at Palliative Care Australia, she leads initiatives to enhance awareness, access, and quality of palliative care. Her work includes overseeing quality improvement resources and managing the National Register for Palliative Care Consumers and Carers.
