My Dad was Diagnosed with Dementia 3 1/2 years Ago my mum looked after Dad at home until mum wasnt able to.Dad was assessed after being in hospital for a short time.Dad moved into a nursing home.Where he was well looked after. Until he recently passed away 09/06/2025
