To live well, we must first recognize death—not as something to fear, but as a reminder of life’s preciousness and impermanence. Understanding death helps us appreciate each moment while we're alive. "Die well" means leaving this world in peace, free from regret, hatred, and unfinished business. To achieve this, we must live fully—with joy, gratitude, and presence. But to truly live and die well, we first need to understand the truth of our existence.
My work explores the idea that life and death are part of a never-ending cycle. Just as water flows through its own rhythm, the moon moves through its phases, or time continues its endless loop, our lives too follow a natural cycle of beginnings and endings.
By recognizing this flow, we can live more consciously—embracing change, being present, and understanding that every ending leads to a new beginning. With this awareness, we’re empowered to make choices that shape our journey, knowing that each decision ripples into the next chapter. We have the power to live fully, for death is not to be feared, but embraced as a natural part of life. Live well, die well.
