It makes me sad when my Mum is in pain and I cannot help her. She can’t do things I wish for her, and that I know she wants to do. Some things in my life get restricted, like holidays and events, and things get cut short because of Mums pain and illness. I understand, but I wish it was different. In my painting, she is my heart, and I love her so much. Her pain is like a lightning bolt, and she has so many stitches and scars.I admire so much how she pushes through. I still love her, even though its so hard watching, and she struggles, and so do I. My painting shows how much I love her, and how much I admire my Mum for always trying to hold herself together.
